An application MUST be completed before a home visit can be scheduled. Typically, the pet you are interested in adopting will be brought to the home visit, for introductions. We also utilize vet checks and personal references, in our adoption process, all of which is intended to help ensure the best match, between pet and people. The adoption fee is based on the amount of vet work the pet has had, at the time of adoption].
WE DO NOT ADOPT TO HOMES WHOSE CURRENT PETS ARE NOT STERILIZED (SPAYED/NEUTERED), CURRENT ON ALL VACCINES, AND ON HEARTWORM PREVENTION.WE ADOPT ALL OVER TEXAS, NOT JUST IN THE IMMEDIATE ROCKPORT AREA. LIMITED TRANSPORT ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT ADOPT OUT OF STATE.
